As a force free, reward based forum, we find Kikopup is a good source. But there are many others.

I don't have time to review these right now but we have a sort of 'preferred supplier' list -

As I am struggling to train our GSD rescue, I am looking for good recommended YT channels.
I am never really sure which are considered good, and which are not...

Some I Have found (please comment and add):
(66) Beckman's Dog Training - YouTube
(66) Training Positive - YouTube
(66) eileenanddogs - YouTube
(66) It's Me or the Dog - YouTube
(66) Upstate Canine Academy - YouTube
I know this is an old thread but just in case anyone happens upon it.

Beckman - avoid. Poor trainer, not very effective, harsh corrections even though he boasts not using ecollars or prongs.
Training positive - know nothing here, would just add the caution that "positive" as describing a training style really doesn't mean anything.
eileennanddogs - everything I've seen from her I've found useful and insightful.
It's me or the Dog - I find her to be a very average trainer, there are far, far more useful sites and trainers.
Upstate Canine Academy - he's okay, until he's not. He can make a lot of sense, but then he flips and does some really ineffective things with poor technique and corrects things that should be addressed completely differently. And, as this is a non-aversive forum, he does use tools like ecollars, prongs etc.

Kikopup is great, good explanations and excellent technique.
Anything by domesticated manners is excellent too.
Susan Garrett also phenomenal.
Suzanne Clothier as well though she doesn't have a lot on youtube
Denise Fenzi is another R+ trainer who's incredibly helpful to the average dog owner IMO.
