We bought a puppy today from a pet store and he hadn't had a single stool for the last 6,7 hours. But an hour ago, he had a seizure and foam was coming out of his mouth. I did a massage to him while he was having a seizure and he pooped some really hard stool and pissed. Pet doctor came and made his poop come out more and gave him a medication for fever. She said she doesn't see any respiratory problems, but he is, for sure, having a fever. I'm taking him to vet tomorrow. But I'm worried whether he can make it through the night. Does anyone have an idea what he is experiencing?

Given that he's from a pet shop, which means he's from a puppy mill he could have just about anything under the sun. The important thing right now is to make sure he stays hydrated, and that his blood sugar does not drop. Either of those things can cause him to die very quickly.
If he's not drinking get some plain, unflavored, Pedilyte, and an eye dropper. Every 30 minutes give him a dropper full of the Pedilyte. Do so slowly so that he does not aspirate it.
Feed him small, frequent meals. Depending on if he's a toy breed, or a larger breed, and how old he is, you should feed him 3 to 5 times a day. Measure out the total amount of food he should eat for the day, and feed it throughout the day at set times so that you do not mess up potty training, and can predict when when should have to poop.
Personally, given his symptoms, I'd get him to an Emergency Vet, or be prepared for him not to make it. I do not like the symptoms he's having and they can mean anything but some of that anything is deadly like distemper.

Puppies can go downhill fast. I'd take him to an emergency vet. You can call them first and see what they say, but I'd guess they'll advise you to come in. You said you already had a vet look at him? Foaming at the mouth would seriously concern me, so would the seizure. Keep him cool and hydrated so his fever doesn't get too high. Also you can check online for a vet that you can talk to. Don't waste any time though.

One of them sadly didn't make it and the others two are still at the clinic being treated. You should check with the pet store to see if they have any resources for care/vet bills since you just got him today. And if they say no you should look into taking them to court to pay for the bills. They should hold some responsibility. But I know this is something to worry about later, you have a lot of stress right now worrying about your little puppy.
