Man Charged for Stuffing Cat Inside Bong
I don't even have anything to say other than people are stupid. The white pit I was going to own 5 years ago was brought into my vets office that I worked at, owners reaked of pot, the 9 week old puppy ate some...well we tried to save its life after the owners paid for a PTS and it didn't work...so I have a huge issue with people who think animals smoke, get high, drink, etc etc.
