I haven't been on here in ages!! During that time my foster, Rico, whom I had introduced previously went home. BUT... I got my own Aussie. His name is Webb (after the James Webb Space Telescope... Yep, I'm a nerd. 🤓) He is a lilac merle, one blue eye, one brown. And definitely the best thing that's ever happened to me!! He's 8 1/2 months. I got him when he was almost 5 months. His parents were siblings, don't blame the breeder, it was a freak accident. 😅 Him and his siblings all seem genetically healthy, and I did get him fixed.

He's my first dog of my own, but I've dog sat and fostered several. We just starting a little agility training, he loves the tunnel. I'm trying to teach herding... but I'm not sure how well it'll go. He's a good boy, but still very much a puppy and doesn't like to listen. 😅 And he LOVES hiking.

Sure. I understand that. But everybody has to make a decision about what's ethical. I know the breeder personally, and she is not comfortable aborting.
I'm not sure where I stand on it, but I respect both her decision and your perspective. 😊
