If your dog has an Avid Microchip

When you enter your dog's microchip number into this site: Pet Microchip Lookup - Powered by AAHA what does it say? For me, it says No information found in participating databases. Please see below for possible manufacturers. Then at the bottom it says that the microchip is possibly an Avid microchip.
I registered it online and they charged my credit card. Anyone know why it's not showing up?

I've never heard of them. Have you tried calling them? I don't think anyone on this site will know why it's not working.
