The ironic part being that these two pics were taken consecutively, just a few seconds apart xD

 

Layla at yesterday's Canadian thanksgiving celebration, being all chilled even in a party with tonnes of dogs (including my grandmother's awful mini poodle - who isn't pictured because she can't be around other dogs. Still not sure why she's always at family events....).

 

Can you enlarge them a bit, can't really see her.

It's funny because a lot of people see her and immediately think she's a GSD pup. And a lot of others see collie right away.

She's made me appreciate shepherds more than I ever did. I never used to feel much connection to them but I think I had just not known any. Though she's very sheltie-ish with her vocalizations and herding behaviour.

Anyway I do feel like she was really good this weekend and wonder if the spay might have helped take some of the edge off.

oH I see both Shepherd and Sheltie in her, I love her color. Like I said, she is cute, adorable, and looks like a sweetie!

I had Sam chopped at 6 mos hoping he'd calm down too, but he is still a wild man. I think going through his teenage brat period.
One day good, next day the devil horns come out.

Looking through old photos. Man This girl used to be much more black! He entire belly is ticked with tan now and her face is so much more tan! She was about a year here?

A new shipment of product arrived today...Poor Hugo was a bit wound up as box after box after box of bones & treats were marched into the house. Of course I opened a few boxes to let him choose something. He ended up going for a kangaroo leg bone. Good choice mate. Thank god I only have one small dog...otherwise I would probably cave in & destroy my own profit margin lol. Its a hard life for Hugo...living in a house full of pet food that he isn't allowed to eat.

 

Holy moly how many treats does one dog get? wow! thats heaps for hugo. how many boxes in total?

 

Hyper Garp seems to have misplaced his "off" switch today. Problem solved.

 

ok this is so random as in havent done this in ages! had a friend over to come see my new house so we sit down and catch up after showing him around and then all of a sudden my friend tim says Jessie is having a good time with your washing i siad what? there she was nosing my clean washing that i bought in from outside trying to make a bed lol! of course i had to spoil her fun and get her out
