Yep. Dogs get rabies by being bitten by an infected animal. They are not born with it.

And I wouldn't worry about rabies due to the fight between your puppy and shepherd. Your shepherd has her rabies vaccination already so would be protected. Also given the time frame, both dogs would have gotten very ill and passed away. So no worries about rabies from that fight.
Oh forget something.

After the fight 2 week later A big ball shows on the puppy neck the place he was bitten in and the teeth on the neck shows black. Then 2 days later the big ball gone then the black teeth mark also gone . But the dog was very active he never get sick.

The teeth . I mean the place the German shepherd put her teeth on his neck it was black on that place . But now it la gone. And the big thing on the puppy neck . When it show, the dog didn't even care he was playing then it gone .

I think he is fine right ?
