I fully expect people to hate me but i think I have made a massive mistake getting a puppy. I think it is more then the puppy blues.
As i work a relative has agreed to care for him in the day. My relative has a dog and a cat. When we started looking we were looking for an adult rescue dog that had lived with dogs before. However, i think I got swept up in the moment when a puppy became available. We thought we could manage it but i genuinely don't think we can. We only got him today but he is so full on. I know training and time would help but i really think i have made a mistake. The dogs are so different.
Isn't crueler to keep puppy and they form a bond with me then returning him to the charity now who could easily rehome him to someone better?
As I say I am aware I am a terrible person. I have made a huge mistake. I'm completely devastated and disgusted in myself. I am just asking for advice on what's best for both the puppy and the adult dog?
