Get her spayed.
Unfortunately that's the only thing that'll really help

Cats are seasonally polyestrous, which basically means once they go in heat, they will have continual heats until they are either mated or spayed, or the daylight cycles change again. But this can go on for sometimes up to a year.
I would book her an appointment asap and make sure she's on lockdown in the meantime. You could try something like rescue remedy, but I'm not sure how much it would help.
