This morning (8am) my pup (12wk old) had a normal bowel movement, after that he was fine. Had one other normal bowel movement. When returning home at about 3pm I was in the kitchen and he started vomiting, he vomited twice in rapid succession, the food didn't seem to be broken down. He also has been going to the door more often but when he gets outside he struggles and then only a runny drop of p*** is released.
He just vomited again and it looked to have bile in it, it was that yellowish color.
He had his first set of shots, today was supposed to be his second round but I had an emergency and he didn't make it.
Has anyone had any experiences like this?

Is he crated when you are not home? If not could he have gotten into anything? Eaten a toy, left over food, etc? Also have you taken him out to public areas? How long have you had him for?

Did you feed him before taking him to the walk?

He might have eaten something on the way that you might not have realised at that time which could have caused the vomit.

There's probably no real need for big concern if this happened only once. If it happens again take him to a vet and keep his stomach clean for at least 24 hours. Give him very little boiled rice other than that just water.

if hes vomiting skip a meal (his stomach acid needs to build back up or he'll yack again) and then like the others mentioned...do a bland meal..plain chicken and rice etc.

poor guy I hope hes ok
