Worms In Dogs Poop?

A couple of weeks ago, I saw short fat worms in my dogs poop. Ever since, she has been getting smaller and smaller. I've been so worried, so I checked her poop again... and saw NO WORMS?????? What type of worms are these? I have 4 other dogs, could they possibly have these worms too? Why were there no worms, but she is still skinny??????????????

EDIT: By the way...all 5 dogs have fleas. I've tried a couple of things but the fleas will not go away.

My guess is they are tapeworms. However if your one dog is losing weight she needs to be seen by a vet. Have you tried this for your flea infestation:Amazon.com : Bayer Seresto Flea and Tick Collar, Large Dog : Pet Flea And Tick Collars : Pet Supplies
