My dog has been really sleepy today, and when I looked in his mouth there is a round, pink bump behind his top front teeth. I've never seen the bump before, do you have any ideas of what it might be? Thanks!

This might warrant a trip to the vet...a portie I know had cancer in his mouth...this type is slow growing and can have surgery, thank goodness. It started with a bump in his mouth...
