I have a four year old doxie (beagle/dachshund). Her back legs are paralyzed. I just saw these white specks in my dogs poop and she has diarrhea. Are these worm eggs

They could be and you should take a sample to your vet for testing.

I will take a sample to the vet. Just found out that my boyfriend gave some sesame seed chicken to her last night. Can eating seseame seeds do this too

My guess is YES, seseame seeds could be the culprit. I suggest not feeding your dog human food that has been seasoned with anything.
