Hi,
One year ago we adopted a dog, she's a sweet companion for us but she was raised and trained as a hunting dog, anyway, I digress.
The thing is, I've never seen a dog like her, I wondered if a forum full of specialists could give me a hand on this one, here we go :
247461
247462

I'm not from the US but she's 18kgs, roughly 40lbs I believe, quite slim, muscular with a slick definition, strong front with significantly weaker hind legs. My mom bet on an "olde bull terrier" but since I've never heard of anything of the sort I'd bet on a mix, an uncommon one at that.

Anyway thank you for reading this post, I'm looking forward to your answers,
Take care of you, lots of love
Hugo

That second picture form the side looks very English bull terrier.
Lovely looking dog..
Thank you ! Her head isn't shaped as a rugby ball tho, and she's way smaller than a bona fide bull terrier which is quite intriguing to me

originally English Bull terriers didn't have that awful rugby ball shaped head either.
but maybe if she's mixed with something else it would explain the look but that lovely straight head.
Either way she's beautiful , unique and happy and that's all that matters

I definitely see the resemblance with the bullterrier, but not a purebred. Other breeds I’m thinking of is the Staffordshire bullterrier, American Staffordshire terrier, pitbull. From the first picture I’m getting jack russell vibes. Apparently the mix of bullterrier and jack russell is pretty common.
