Looks like just a merle Dachshund, possibly Chihuahua as well if I had to guess a mix.

Looks like their may be some dachshund and chihuahua in there. Did your friend say what breed or mix they were told she was when they got her? She looks really young, why are they rehomming her?

I would say Dachshund and Chihuahua cross.

Someone dropped her off in his yard and left her. He took her to the vet and had her checked out. They put her on heart worm/flea preventative, bet he can't keep her. Too many cats.

She was covered with fleas and she had already been spayed.
