Your dog will be loyal, safe and smart if YOU raise the puppy right, it has nothing to do with any of the breeds you listed. If you don't terrify it by smacking it, if you take the time to train it to do tricks, and so on.
I do not see rottweiler at all in this pup. Lots of dogs are black and tan. Being only 4 kilograms at 2 months old, I'm going to say this is probably NOT oging to be a large dog like rottweilers and dobermans are, but you'll have a better idea as it ages.
Edit: after watching your video, I'm going to make one reccomendation. Stop letting your pup chew on your hands. It's cute now, it won't be later, and it'll confuse the pup when behavior that was fine before is suddenly not okay. Teaching a dog that putting their teeth on a person is always a bad idea.
