This is just for fun since I don't plan on getting another dog within a couple of years.

What I'm looking for:

-I know dogs bark but nothing too vocal due to the fact I live in an apartment

-I don't really have any preferences in size expect for nothing over 85 pounds. I'm a small woman and I honestly don't think I can deal with a pulling Newfoundland or Great Dane Puppy

-It's okay if it isn't the most friendly dog with people, in fact, I tend to prefer reserved dogs but it should okay with coming with me to places that there will be people such as a farmer's market or downtown.

-Able to be content with only three hours a day of exercise (with the exception of agility which is just for fun, nothing too competitive).

-Can be alone 6 hours a day with a dog walker coming midway through the day to offer a potty break and some movement.

- 4 ten-minute training sessions throughout morning and evening

-Not a retriever (They just aren't my thing!)

-Healthy Enough to be able to go jogging with me (AKA no pugs, Frenchies, or anything of the like)

-Affectionate with their owner (Yes, Molly turned me into a major cuddle though I still hate cuddling with people lol.)

- An Off-Switch is needed and loved in this household

I'm really interested if what you guys have to recommend especially since I'm open to toys as well as most medium and large-size breeds. Have any more questions? Don't be afraid to ask!

Just for fun and not as a serious suggestion due to the rarity but
A wetterhoun.

These grumpy looking cousins of the Staby are quiet dogs not an everyones friend social butterfly but a good solid dog not nippy or snappy, they can and will jog but are happy to potter about too..

They are sensitive and good with children but wary of strangers and good guard dogs.

Poodle? Intelligent, fun little dogs (or maybe not so little if you go for a standard). I think poodles are massively under-rated.
Poodles have been growing on me lately and I blame the neighbourhood couple who walks their poodle around the same time that I walk Molly. I would mind one if it wasnt in a "frou frou" cut.

There just happens to be a Stabjjoun breeder in my state but I'll be pushing my luck if there happens to even be a Wetterhoun breeder a few states over. They sound like they would be a good match though like you said, you people in Friesland are hoarding your treasures lol.
