My 11 month old rat terrier would love a wrestling pal. He loves to hike, swim, and climb trees. Very active, friendly boy. I am not a hunter but i do enjoy a good hike and a long fetch session. I wanted a good retriever dog so been looking into spaniel breeds. I am open to other breeds that would go well with my terrier. Anyone have had experiences?

Hi! I have a springer spaniel and she is lovely! She does like to wrestle but she would much rather sniff around and chase birds than wrestle with other dogs! She is also high energy and could go all day if I didnt stick strictly to my walking schedule so that is also something to consider.
