She is adorable. Basenji are not very common, so the chances of your dog being a basenji mix are slim, but not impossible. What traits does she have that make you think that? Her build, from what I can see in your photo do not look basenji to me. I honestly think she is a mix of a mix, with no one breed being prevalent. Maybe some Cattle dog in there. Maybe, and this is a huge maybe, some Carolina Dog, but they are super rare.

Thank you. She is a good dog too. Well, her tail goes up a bit, and while she does bark sometimes, she makes a weird scream bark haha. It is very high pitched. She is very high energy, but she is still a puppy. She weighs about 25 lbs. she will do just about anything for a ball and loves to chew. When we adopted her we thought she was a German Shepard cattle dog mix.

That would definitely point to Cattle Dog. =P My dog Stella is an ACD mix and I swear her bark is the worst, most ear piercing thing ever. My ears literally hurt if she barks close to my head.

Your dog is very slim and gangly though. Perhaps some Whippet in the mix as well?
