Difficult to save from that photo does look like he could have a bit of keeshond in him

I was looking around and I think it might be a Norwegian Elkhound. Can anyone confirm?

Looks like some kind of German Shepherd mix.

It does not seem to have the coat of a Elkhound more like a cross of Keeshond.
