I found her a week ago abandoned. She is about 30-40cm long and playful. She might be 3-4 months old? She is fully white and has black eyes. What breed she might be? Terrier something? Also she has very short-to non existent tail, or someone has cut it, i cant tell .

Looks like some kind of lab mix, though since she's quite young youll have to wait for her to grow more to get a better idea since their features can change as they grow.

Is she going to get big just because of her lab genes, or its not necessarily a rule?

Genetics can be funny, and since you don't know for certain what she's mixed (and she could be more then 2 breeds) with she could be large or medium or some were in between. Your vet might be able to give you a general guesstimate of her adult weight going off her age and current weight. But you wont really get a good idea until she gets older and bigger.
