What breed is my dog

This is bobo he is 9 weeks old. We've been told he is a Australian/German shepherd mix. I was wondering how big the little guy will be. Also if the breed we've been told is accurate, or to get feed back of what others think. He has the colors and similar spots of a Australian shepherd, but not the long hair. And we do not think he is very big for his age to be mixed with those two breeds . At least that's what we believe.not sure how much he weighs. Any suggestions will help. thanks.

My pictures say permission denied so I'm not sure if they are showing up.
I can see them on my phone. He looks like he could possibly be an Australian Cattle Dog/Lab mix to me.

No matter what he is, he is adorable!
He is very cute. I can see Australian Shepherd, not really seeing the GSD influence. Has the tail been cropped or is he a natural bob? I'd think he'd have a longer coat if he was mixed with GSD, though with crosses it's hard to say.

I don't think aussie cattle dogs come in merle do they? I know they are roan, but that is different.

My mistake. You're right :)
I was thinking Australian Shepherd, but wrote Australian Cattle Dog.
Natural bob is what my wife says
How much does he weigh? I can tell you when I picked up my Aussie at 8 weeks, he was just under 10 pounds (like 9.8 or something). He is now 55 pounds and full grown.
His coat looks way too short to be an Aussie or a Shepherd, so if he's mixed with both of those, I think there is something else in the mix. I actually don't see a ton of Aussie in him other than the natural bob or the merle, which can actually come from a variety of dogs (even if they don't call it merle) Depending on where you are, I'm wondering if there could be some Catahoula in there.

For comparison, my Aussie at 9 weeks:

Yes, I believe they can. Most commonly found in mixes.

I know mixes can come in every color. I was talking about purebred. I've never heard of a purebred merle ACD, though I'm not real familiar with the breed. Do you have a link or photo? I'd love to see one.
Looks very Catahoula too me. ACD is a big possibility too.
I'd say he's in the 8 to 9 lb range... We are from the carolinas. My wife paid 50 for him . The mother was definitely a Aussie, and he believes the neighbors GS is the father. I love him either way. He's extremely smart .
I would be surprised if the sire really was a German Shepherd based on the length of the coat length. I would really expect a longer coat on a mix between those two.

If the mother is known to be an Aussie, based off your location, my bet for the sire is Cataloua Leopard Dog (or possibly a mix with that being a dominant breed). The breed was developed down south (in Louisiana, I think) and is very common down there. If you google Aussie/Cataloua mixes he looks very similar. They're also pretty good escape artists so it wouldn't be a stretch of the imagination that one got into the yard with the female in heat (I'm assuming she was left alone, outside while in heat if the owner was 'guessing' who the father was). His ears make me think maybe there's terrier in there as well.

At 8-9lbs at 9 weeks I would guess he'll be somewhere in the medium size range, maybe 35-45lbs?

Oh, ok. That makes more sense. I assumed you meant mixes. I'm also not very familiar with ACD's, as they aren't very common. Here's as close as I could find to a merle ACD:

Cute! I was thinking a catahoula mix of some kind at first but the tail is throwing me off. That would be Australian cattle dog but his coat looks more like a
Australian shepherd mix.
