They just updated the story. They caught him. He said he was drunk and blacked out. I've never been drunk but I find it fishy that he would turn his machine around for a second attack "because he was drunk." I don't know much about that kind of thing, but wouldn't someone whose drunk just keep driving off, rather than turn around and go back to hurt more people?That's crazy! I hope they catch whoever was behind it.
