Edit: I just read through the whole article and it seems like they do know who did it, they were drinking and driving.

They just updated the story. They caught him. He said he was drunk and blacked out. I've never been drunk but I find it fishy that he would turn his machine around for a second attack "because he was drunk." I don't know much about that kind of thing, but wouldn't someone whose drunk just keep driving off, rather than turn around and go back to hurt more people?
