It probably has to do with the fact that he is eating raw, kibble and other treats all mixed in. I know not all together at once, but with it all in his system at the same time it's likely causing digestive problems. Raw and kibble don't mix well. I would either look into feeding raw only correctly, or stay with kibble. I wouldn't have those two, with treats added as well all in his system.
