Help! Searching for a IATA compliant travel crate for my 200 lb. EM.
Will be transporting him to Rome and cannot find an airline approved size kennel for him other than a custom metal kennel @ $2000.
His measurements would require a 54L x 35W x 45H crate.
The largest we can find is:
Giant = 48"L x 32"W x 35"H (Irish Wolfhounds, Newfoundlands, St. Bernards, Mastiffs, Greyhounds) - For pets 90-125 lbs.
This would not fit his weight or size. I know that Dane and Newfoundland owners have transported their pups before and he is smaller than those breeds. Why am I having such a hard time finding a travel crate for him?
Any recommendations of where to look? Time is running short. Thanks in advance!

I've seen Kleinmetall having boxes in XXL size (they're metal), they also have boxes for 2 dogs where you can take out the deviding wall as far as I know, so I'm sure you find something.
I'D contact the customer service for the right size and model, I think they also do customs in case the regular sices don't fit.
