My dog has a dislocated leg and yeast infection so she has to take Tramadol for pain, Ketoconazole for her skin issues and also an antibiotic Cephalexin. I am really scared because all these pills can cause liver damage, and i read that there are reactions from taking tramadol and ketoconazole together.
Now, i did ask my vet about it and she said there shouldnt be no problems taking these 3.
Anyone have any experience with tramadol and ketoconazole??

We`ve had experience with Ketoconazole. Ella had ringworm when she was about 5 months old I think. I was also very worried about the possible liver&kiddney damage but the vet said that sometimes they even give it to really really small stray kittens (like 9 weeks old) so a big(gger) dog should be fine. And she was, no side-effects.

I don`t know about all of them working together though...

You could also just call another vet for a second opinion (I called three )
