Drugs are handled differently in the US than the rest of the world. In most other places, a pharmacist can prescribe and sell a drug to a patient. In the US, a DVM or Doctor must prescribe the drug through a phone to a pharmacist or and paper prescription in the patient's name.

So, to answer your question, you will not be able to locate any sort of brokerage service in the US. Where are you located?
