Hey everyone!

I'm not sure if this is allowed here, please feel free to take it down if it's not.

I'm doing some research about people's experience when they get a puppy, with the aim to put some information together for new owners to support people through 'puppy blues'.

It's a pretty short survey so shouldn't take more than 5-10 minutes to complete. If you've ever had any experience with raising a puppy, I'd be so grateful if you are able to take the time to provide some feedback on your experience.

No personal details are collected, and it's entirely confidential. I've created the survey on google docs, so I think you need a gmail account to complete it, but those details won't be shared with me. Thank you!

Buzzu I have seen several post about surveys recently, is it the same person under a different username? Is it a bot attack of sorts?
Sorry, but IDK. The mods can, and do check IP addresses, but spoofing is easy, cheap, and commonplace, using VPNs.

I recently had an attempt at hacking my email, and had a devil of a time with certain places that I buy from. It took days to unravel the mess, so I have been much more careful and tightened up my own PC security.

We get a fair number of surveys for a variety of reasons. We tend to be more tolerant of students using them for research than of people who are using a survey as a back door to advertise their products (unauthorised advertising is against forum rules).

The ones you see will either be ones we believe to be genuine, or ones we haven't yet seen or checked out - but as with anything, please do report anything suspicious so it comes to our attention.

I mainly asked out of curiosity, but I guess a bot attack would be much more different. I also saw an user reposting political memes on random threads, but those have been small scale issues.
