You can use surgical tape. Or just do like I do with my own wounds and use crazy glue. cosmetically, it works better than sutures.
Stitches came undone on pad of foot
I am having a problem as the pad on my dogs foot got infected from stepping on something and they have gone under the pad and took most of the infection out and stitched it twice now but just noticed the stitches are starting to come undone again what can be recommended to stop this?
