Spay incision

My dog was spayed about a month ago. Sfe just started this weekend chewing on her incision area and whining. She is only whining and chewing for a minute or two and then goes back to her normal activity and she is only whining for a few times a day (maybe 2-3). She is eating, drinking, and playing like normal. I took a picture of her incision. It isn't hot and not hard. Can anyone help me tell if there is a problem?

I recommend taking her back to the vet to have it checked. It's not possible to diagnose over the internet.

Is the fur just starting to grow back? It could be itchy.
