Anyone an idea what this could be - looks like a sore, isn’t causing any distress - dog is a Cocker Spaniel

Hard to say but generally if it doesn't go away by itself, or gets worse, the vet needs to see it.

No smell - no obvious pain as he isn’t bothered by it! Obviously will keep an eye on it, it’s small and was thinking it may have been a sting but he hasn’t squealed or anything - he is very rarely left alone.
