Have you looked into simply wild sojos? They have a line of treats that only contain the meat they say on the label. (Boar, venison, turkey, lamb, beef and salmon) They're freeze tried and easy to break apart.

Sojos

I'm not too sure with the Colitis but thought I would throw that out there, I love those.

its on the back of the package.

Pork, beef, seasonings, food color, preservatives.

That would be my guess.

What about buying, cooking, and chopping up pieces of the type of meat in her regular food? So for example cooking and chopping up turkey if eating a turkey based diet or rabbit if on a rabbit based diet. :)

these are grain free and very easily breakable - just break off and arm or leg ;) It looks like you have a smaller dog so I think they would be appropriately sized. Plus they are one of the very few moist treats I've found that actually stay soft for more than a few hours out of the bag:

Hey thanks for looking appreciated, unfortunately for me those treats contain vegetable glycerine and Jessie cant have any form of vegetables sadly as makes her urine PH go high and she has trouble peeing in discomfort.

Also says wont ship internationally :( i live in wellington New Zealand so hard to get treats for Jessie. Got her the ziwi peak air dried venison treats and she is so far doing well on them thankfully! just aware need more variety of soft treats to choose from in the future.

For those who arent familiar with Jessie's allergies and intolerance's here they are

  • chicken(red belly, red ears, par licking/biting, itching, dandruff)
  • beef( severe bomb like farts stinking the whole house out then loose stools/direaha)
  • lamb(stinky farts, bit of hair loss, itchy)
  • duck ( too high in fat for her colitis? diareha and farts)
  • fruits( makes urine ph sky high at 9 and gives her cystitis)
  • vegetables (same as fruits)
As you can imagine it makes it very tricky to get her treats!

Sounds like you do have quite a challenge...good luck, wish I had a better suggestion!

Like @kmes said just purchase the meat she's currently is on, or even the food she's on, and cook them. You can either boil any meat, dehydrate it using an oven set on low, bake it, or even just cook it on the stove top in a pan - sans any additional oils.

@kmes ansd @KayWilson please would you mind giving me a clear further explanation with instructions please? Because im finding it difficult to understand/comprehend as ive never ever made any dog treats before especially when includes raw meat. Please note id do anything for jessie as she is what keeps me going. Not being able to fully understand is upsetting and frustrating for me and I could just cry. Ive always had trouble understanding and comprehending things with my intellectual disability and aspergers dont help either. Not excuses just facts. Also if I baked raw treats how long till go off please?

I've made jerky like treats by lowering my oven to it's lowest temp and let them cook for around 4 or so hours (depending on how crispy I want them). I've also taken raw meat and rolled them into meat balls with egg and baked at 375-400 for 10-15, once again depending on level of doneness wanted. Both are fairly easy to break apart for training. I'm certain you could just take Jessie's food, thaw it, and bake it just like human meatballs. They'll need to be refrigerated and won't keep as long as store bought stuff (I make a lot and freeze, the fresh stuff gets used within 5-7 days).

I've attached some other helpful recipe websites, all you need to do is modify the recipe to only include things Jessie can have.

Oh thanks so much for explaining it clearly to me appreciated! ah i see yes i can see about getting some goat pieces from butcher and do that. I bet ozzy would even want to do as he is told if i shared some! used cube of raw meat between ozzy and charlie today half each (rabbit venison tripe mix) to hide the worming tablet in as they HATE worming tablets and hadnt been wormed for ages and ages! well charlie was a tad suspicious because he sensed the wormer in it but gulped it down and no wormer left behind! ozzy ate it right away! amazing what raw meat can do isnt it?

Thanks for the link i think i will be having quite some fun in the near future once got the raw meat. Hmmmm ive plenty of green tripe to use up now Jess would love that!
