How did you get that diagnosis? Cytology done? Previous biopsy? Sarcomas are famously difficult to diagnose without a biopsy as cytology often does not yield enough cells. LOTS of kinds of sarcomas, some much better or worse than others. Need a more specific diagnosis to get a better idea what the prognosis is. Anemia may or may not be related at all.
