Can someone please tell me what this looks like? She's been having them for a few years so I assume it's noting serious. She has maybe 5 or so. She has a liver shunt. Was told she would live aprox 3 months. It's been almost 4 years. So I don't know if it's something with her liver.

Looks very much like a sebaceous cyst.........icky but not life threatening at all! Usually caused by clogged hair follicle and will either burst and go away or sometimes get infected. Keeping your dog's skin clean (more frequent baths) is said to be beneficial, if your dog gets a lot of these.

Are they hard or soft? A friends 10 year old poodle is getting something similar, vet doesn't know what it is but isn't too concerned about them.
