Hey all,

Our 1 1/2 yo Shih-Tsu, Andy, has been fine with the TV since we got him at 10 wks. He literally lives on mom's lap anytime of the day or night, with or without TV on. Recently, mom was in the bedroom and I was napping in my recliner when we were startled by Andy screaming like he was being beat or had been really frightened by something. He was in viewing proximity of the TV. Ever since that night, he avoids the TV like the plague. If it is on, he will not sit on mom's lap with his head down as usual, but is at full attention. He will walk through the kitchen to avoid looking at it, and, when he can see it, he stares at it and eventually retreats to his place behind mom's chair where he cannot see the TV. This happened all of a sudden. Wondering if it had something to do with his scream the other night and how to help him. He's definitely uncomfortable when the TV is on now. Any thoughts?
