Hi,

My hungarian viszla has these two weird scabs on his leg that won't heal or go away. First noticed it about a month ago, and it hasn't got better or worse in that time.

It doesn't seem to bother him when I touch it as as well.

He is 9 months old.

Will appreciate if anyone that can identify what the problem is.

Looks like its just calluses. Has he been laying mainly on hard surfaces?
Wood floors, metal crate bottoms, pavement?

If you're really concerned - its always best to seek out a medical professional. However, I would probably just put it off until his next vet visit and just mention it while you're there.

It doesn't look sinister from the pictures though, however looks can be deceiving.
