I'm not sure how to report a PM. I got one today from sandycort39 asking for money for their dog's surgery. I don't know this person and have never talked to them. If there is not the right way to go about it please let me know what to do.

This is fine. Thanks for letting us know!;)

If you still have it, could you copy and paste the PM here?

I still have the PM, here it is. There is a link but I didn't click on it, not sure of the site it goes to.

Our shirlock needs life-saving back surgery that we are unable to afford. 100% of donations will go toward her surgery.

Our 6 year old shirlock needs back surgery to repair a slipped disc in her lower back.
We are unable to afford the $2,500 needed to perform the surgery and are unable to obtain financing through veterinary care credit agencies due to the loss of our home during the housing crisis. There has further been a layoff in the family and subsequent recent loss of unemployment benefits.

Without the surgery we will be all but forced to put her to sleep. She is NOT paralyzed by her condition and so feels the pain of it. She now cannot get around very well because her back legs don't always cooperate with her due to the pressure put on her spinal cord.
She is currently on steroids and pain medicine but she cannot remain on steroids forever and pain medicine is only a temporary fix with the dose needing to be increased with time.

She needs surgery as soon as possible before it worsens to the point where surgery won't help. The surgery would fix her slipped disc and she would be able to walk again and enjoy life without pain. She has no other medical problems and is completely healthy otherwise. She is a very beloved pet and a sweet girl who used to be full of energy. Our family would be devastated at her completely unnecessary loss. Pets are family to us.

a friend intoduced an online raising fund platform to us called "teespring.com".he said we could raise the funds through this .though we have tried some fund raising platform but failed to get funds for the surgery.

below is a link for the campaign tagged "save a dog" to raise money for shirlock surgery

https://teespring.com/save-a-dog-shirlock

**100% of money obtained will be put toward her surgery**

Please contribute in recovering of our beloved dog and know that you have helped an animal and family in need!
