My 4 year old yorkie has a swollen red bump on his chin about the size of a quarter

He also has had loss of bladder control for the past day (has been peeing on people and he never did that before)

He did have some ticks on him recently

I'm going to take him to the vet but I am wondering how urgent this is

When a dog is unwell, he or she will often do things that are completely out of character. I may have been a grump on occasion myself while feeling under the weather.

Loss of bladder control can be just from whatever that bump is, or it could also have a more serious cause. With Lyme disease being reported more and more in dogs as well, it is definitely worth taking her to the vets sooner rather than later.
