Have anyone ever used a GPS tracking device for your pet?
So if one of your pets get lost you can track him with a mobile app?

I'm asking because there are a lot of products around
but all seem a little problematic to me.

Thanks.

I'm in the same boat with my dog, and this seems to be the best one I have come across Pod GPS Trackers – Pod Trackers
Two main problems..
1. You'll have to pay service provider fees in a year (Included in the product price is only one year). And they work on 2G which means it won't work when the infrastructure is upgraded (or it will cost more).

2. The battery life is one week at most, who's going to charge it more than twice? I'll get tired and throw it away..

I know a few bird dog owners who swear by the Tag trackers.

I have the Garmin Astros, but they aren't really suitable for leaving on 24/7 for emergency tracking. More practical for off leash outtings.
