Puppy Pimple on Belly??

Hi,
I have a 13 week old pure bred golden retriever. He has one bump on his belly that looks like a pimple...Its raised and looks like it is filled with yellow pus. I have not noticed him itching or chewing at it. Does any one else have a similar experience with something like this? I am going to the vet tomorrow just for a routine check-up but I would like to know if its something I should be concerned about right now or if there is some kind of at home treatment I should use on it in the mean time. I have attached an image. Thanks so much for the help!

I actually just brought this up to my vet yesterday! It is a typically puppy thing to get rashes, black heads and white heads on the belly in that area. He called it a puppy pyoderma.

We are keeping an eye on Aayla's and if she doesn't grow out of it by a year we will consider it as allergies but she doesn't have any other allergy symptoms. Next time you are in for you puppy shots I would go ahead and talk to your vet about it to be sure, but I wouldn't be overly concerned.
