Puppy in crate 6 hours how much longer can she stay

Before anyone calls me cruel I had to leave to go with my mom to the doctor at 1 we stayed there until 230 and since she had to have a test done at the hospital at 5 we stayed in town and just got out the hospital were waiting on our ride and I wot be home for another hour or so will she be ok she has been in there 6 hours as of now and I have no way to get home yet she is 4 months old
