Possibly one of the worst cases of cruelty ever put before an Australian Court.
Please sign this petition and pass it on to anyone and everyone you can so we can help to see these monsters get the maximum sentence possible for what they did to Peanut. It will be presented to the court before the hearing on November 17 2008. The goal is for a hundred thousand signatures.

I should have written that first sentence more accurately and as a quote as it was based on the comments by RSPCA chief inspector Micheal Pecic.

I agree that there are many disgusting cases of cruelty and they seem to be met with pittiful sentences in this country. From my admittedly limited reading it seems that none have come anywhere close to the maxium sentence.

I read Leos story with tears, quite a while ago, Sivaro, and understand it must have been a time of extreem anguish and devastation for you. There certainly are some cretins in this world.

I really feel for the family of this pup and I hope the lowlifes that comitted such cruelty get a decent jail term.
