Potential???

I have a almost 3 year old wheten terrier who is very athletic (I swear he could run with greyhounds...just maybe not as fast, lol). So heres a pic of him jumping with a neighbor. He jumped like 2 feet higher then he had too.. The problem is he is a very skittish dog. He is afraid of like everything.... So tell me what you think!
