Hello Everyone,

I have 2 great danes and was making dog treats one day and i strated thinking. i wonder what dogs like more bacon or my girls favorite P'Nut butter??

out of all the people i have been asking i can never get a clear cut winner its ALWAYs 50-50 lol i just thought i would toss it out there and see if i could get a champ

I think they will like bacon rather than peanut butter, because based on my friends dane. They really love bacon, I don't know if my friend trained them to like it or not.

I think peanut butter is definitely healthier than bacon.

Peanut butter is high in protein. Only two tablespoons contain 7 grams of protein instead 14 grams of bacon contain at least 7 grams of fat. On top of that, peanut butter contains potassium, excellent for your dog's cardiovascular system and fiber, also very good to regulate your dog's digestive system.

That's why I choose peanut butter

Cheese, bacon and peanut butter have been high value treats for all the dogs I've worked with. They'll generally have their favorite out of the 3 though. Cheese is our Chi mix's favorite.

I would stick to the unsalted peanut butter only because it does not contain nitrates and loads of salt.

Is Bacon REALLY That Bad For Me?
