If she really is allergic to lamb, then yes, there's a good chance she will be allergic to any part of the lamb. Meat, organ, bone. Lamb is lamb.
However, have you tried feeding her JUST lamb? I saw you had bad results with k9 instinct, but look at that ingredient list. There's veggies, fruit, eggs, supplements...It's not JUST lamb. She could theoretically have been reacting to any one of those non-lamb ingredients.
Throwing up lamb tripe is not necessarily an indication of an allergy to lamb. Allergies usually manefest through skin problems...Hair loss, red skin, itchy skin, facial swelling. Not vomiting. The vomiting could have been that she's not used to lamb, especially the tripe. If there were other ingredients, it could have been that. At the very worst it could be a food intolerance, which is when the GI system just doesn't agree with a certain food. That leads to vomiting and sometimes diarrhea.
I'm not sure what other lamb items you've tried or if there are any other cases that lead you to believe she's allergic to lamb. But what I would do to find out for sure is try feeding her a small chunk of lamb meat with her meal. Just meat. If you have her on proteins now that you KNOW she does well on and is not allergic to, doesn't make her throw up or have diarrhea, then feeding her just one little chunk with a meal could really tell you something.
If she's been doing fine for weeks on her food, and then you feed her a small bite of lamb, and she throws up, or has diarrhea tomorrow, or has a break out or red skin....Then you know for sure something is up and she shouldn't eat lamb.
This is honestly one of the biggest perks to doing prey model raw with an allergy kid. If you buy each ingredient separate, each protein and organ separate, it's much, MUCH easier to tell what exactly is triggering issues. You might think she's allergic to something in a k9_instinct formula, another commercial raw patty, or in a kibble, but you never know because there's a handful of other ingredients. And sometimes preservatives and other additives.
