She may be sensitive to anything lamb if you know she is allergic to meat. Anything that comes from lamb, is lamb no matter how you look at it. You can try it and see, or just don't feed lamb organs. You feed beef organs, or organs from anything else.
Thanks for your reply appreciated. Okay thanks yes i had lamb tripe and she vomited afterwards and quite alot otherwise feed it raw and over time she had thinning of her chest hair was quite noticeable and she is long haired breed even the vet was surprised because it was noticeable and showed white skin a bit.
I saw my parents supermarket they go to sell lamb hearts etc so wasnt sure if the organs would make a difference as i think the organs used in her current mix is either venison or lamb. Just says this for ingredients:
uitable for Cats & Dogs. Based on the Prey Model Diet of 55% muscle meat, 25% tripe, 10% bone & 10% organ. Wild rabbit is low in fat and cholesterol. Wild venison is vey lean and highly nutritious as the deer graze upon a wide range of plant species. Grass fed lamb has a high iron content, is a very good source of selenium and a good source of zinc. Liver and kidneys (lamb and/or venison), are a great source of B vitamins such as: B1, B2, B6, B9, B12 & taurine. Green Tripe, increases your dog and/or cat's ability to digest meat, bone and organs by lowering gastrintestinal pH and supplying digestive enzymes. Green tripe is a good source of probiotics. Contains NO additives, Grain Free & Preservative Free. Processed in an MPI licensed and audited primises from quality traceable raw 100% NZ product.
Ingredients:
Whole wild rabbit, wild venison steak, green lambs tripe, wild venison and/or lamb kidney. Hence my asking because bit confused if it says that.
