I’m another one who has muzzle trained, for us it was to go on a ferry where muzzles were compulsory but like crate training, it’s a good idea for those times when it might become needed.

I also use a supplement with glucosamine and chondroitin, and I have a magnet on T’s collar. The magnet brand is Bioflow - I don’t know if you can get the same where you are but there are likely others. I don’t know if it helps, people who wear the bracelets say either that they make no difference or that they have transformed their lives. I use it for prevention rather than treatment so I can’t say I’ve seen a change but I reckon it can’t do any harm.
Wow. Our weather is unseasonably warm. We normally would have the heating on from early October, but we have only had to put it on for a couple of hours, a couple of evenings. We are forecast to have 16⁰ C at the weekend, sometimes our summer temperatures don't reach that.
