On of my shepherd puppies from last litter (now 6 months) has a nose problem going on...

Yesterday I noticed a raw patch on her nose, where the nose pad meets the hair line at the top, I thought maybe she injured it somehow outside with the other dogs so I put some polysporn on it and left It for the night.

This morning it grew about 3 times the size and the nose pad is lifting up and peeling away leaving nasty raw bloody skin behind

I don't think it's sunburn as all my dog runs are shaded off and I never encountered sunburn before with my pups

My german shepherd that my family had growing up had a peeling nose, and it ended up being Lupus.

If I was you I would search german shepherd lupus online and just look at the pictures to see if it looks similar and also probably go to the vet as well just to get it checked out because my poor pup actually ended up passing away because of it.

Sounds like a vet visit is in order, if it were me.

I just got home from work and now noticed the bottom of her nose isn't raw like the top but is loosing pigment....

I have set up an vet appointment for tomorrow, so we shall see how it goes
