I have a doggie door and my female dog has used it for 3 years. She is potty trained, and she can hold her bladder for hours. She is negative for any medical issues. She did come from an abusive home so I feel she is permanently traumatized as she is still fearful but she has come a long way. However, she has her bouts of pee episodes and I don't know how to fix it. I've seen her do it at night, day, when I'm there when I'm not when it's cold when it's hot. There's no pattern so it's hard to pinpoint. What can I do besides crate her at night and keep her in my sight at all times? Thanks in advance

Is this a sudden change? Could something have given her a fright outside?

Or, has it always been intermittent?

Depending on the answer, the approach might be different.
